At Shrived Organik, we prioritize the protection of our customers' health records, personal identities, and payment transaction details. This Privacy Policy details how we compile, store, and shield your information across the storefront and mobile applications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect shipping details (name, email address, physical shipping address, phone number) when you submit a bank verification checkout order. To satisfy AYUSH regulations, we cache doctor prescription nicknames locally on your browser. Where you choose to upload prescription documents for Rx-required products, those image files are transmitted to and stored on Firebase Storage (Google LLC).

2. Local Browser Storage

To maintain data decentralization and comply with mobile application store guidelines, customer-related variables (such as prescription logs, wishlist selections, shopping cart entries, and address details) are primarily stored in local browser cache structures (localStorage). This ensures your personal files are not transferred or saved on analytics servers without authorization.

3. Payment Information Security

Shrived Organik does not store credit card credentials, netbanking PINs, or password keys. We utilize manual bank transfer and UPI confirmation systems. When you submit a UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number, it is strictly checked against credit statements on HDFC Bank to approve or reject the orders.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this platform. Each receives limited user data as required for their function:

• Firebase Authentication (Google LLC): Manages user login sessions. May collect email address and device identifiers.
• Cloud Firestore (Google LLC): Stores order records, address details, and prescription metadata on Google-operated servers.
• Firebase Storage (Google LLC): Stores prescription document images uploaded by users.
• Courier Partners: Your name, phone number, and shipping address are shared with our registered courier logistics partners solely for package delivery.

We do not sell or lease customer health databases to commercial marketing platforms.

5. Data Retention

Order records and associated customer data are retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of the transaction to comply with Indian accounting and tax regulations. Prescription documents are retained for 1 year from the date of upload. Local browser storage data is retained until you clear your browser cache or request account deletion.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To request account and data deletion, visit the Delete Account page in your account settings or email us at support@shrivedorganik.in. Upon verified request, all personally identifiable data (order history, prescriptions, address records) will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
