Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to prepare and dispatch your classical formulations under strict sterile conditions with optimal logistics speed. This Shipping Policy details our rates, handling times, and delivery timelines.

1. Handling & Processing Time

Orders are prepared and packed in our GMP-certified facility within 1-2 business days after your payment UTR is verified against our HDFC bank ledger. We do not dispatch packages on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address state and applied at checkout:

• Maharashtra: Flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies on all orders, regardless of order value.
• All Other States (Rest of India): Flat shipping fee of ₹149 applies on all orders, regardless of order value.

There is no free-shipping threshold. Shipping charges apply to every order based on the delivery state only.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with express logistics networks to ensure quick delivery:

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune): 3-4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days depending on address pin codes.

4. Package Tracking

Once your payment proof is verified by our administrative agents, you will receive a tracking link under your 'My Orders' dashboard page. You can track your package transit stages directly.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package glass bottle of arishta or oil is broken during transit, take a photo and email it to support@shrivedorganik.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a free replacement package immediately.
