Return & Refund Policy

At Shrived Organik, we stand behind the purity and text compliance of our classical formulations. If you are unsatisfied with your order, our return policy is detailed below.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return for items within 30 days of receiving your package.

2. Return Eligibility & Exclusions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and with seals intact.

Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: Due to drug regulations and hygiene standards for oral formulations, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles of arishtas, oils, tailas, or churnas whose outer cap seals have been broken.

Prescription (Rx) Medicines:In accordance with the Indian Drugs & Cosmetics Act, prescription-required formulations that have been dispensed and delivered cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if unopened. Please verify your Ayurvedic physician's prescription and product suitability before placing an Rx order.

3. Requesting a Return

To initiate a return request, email our support desk at support@shrivedorganik.in with your Order ID and photos of the unopened item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the package back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our Mumbai warehouse, we will verify its condition. Approved refunds will be credited directly to your bank account via UPI or Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Cost

Unless the return is due to transit breakage or shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
